Warranty protection for Voltium Energy products.
This warranty applies to Voltium Energy LiFePO₄ lithium batteries, lithium chargers, lithium power stations, borehole pumps, booster pumps, foldable solar panels, and related products supplied for energy, water, mobility, and outdoor power applications.
1 Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers eligible Voltium Energy products under normal use, correct installation, proper maintenance, and operation within the product’s intended specifications.
2 Warranty Period
The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase and applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty periods differ by product category:
- 5 years for LiFePO₄ lithium battery products
- 3 years for lithium chargers
- 3 years for lithium power stations
- 1 year for borehole pumps
- 1 year for booster pumps
- 1 year for foldable solar panels
3 What the Warranty Covers
If a product fails during the warranty period due to a verified defect in materials or workmanship, Voltium Energy may repair or replace the product after inspection and approval.
4 Inspection Requirement
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Voltium Energy or an approved service partner. A claim will only be approved once the product has been assessed and the fault has been confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
5 Shipping for Warranty Claims
The customer or installer is responsible for safely packaging and sending the product to Voltium Energy for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Voltium Energy will cover return shipping after repair or replacement.
6 Installation & Usage Requirements
Products must be installed and used according to the user manual, product rating, and supplied instructions. Incorrect installation, unsuitable application, or use outside the product’s rated limits may void the warranty.
7 Battery Storage & Maintenance
Lithium batteries must be stored, charged, and maintained correctly. If a battery is not used for more than 7 days, the discharge switch should be turned off where applicable to prevent unnecessary battery drain.
8 Battery Over-Discharge
Batteries must not be discharged below safe operating limits. If cell voltage is found to be below safe limits, including cells below 2V, this may indicate improper maintenance and may void the warranty.
9 Pumps & Water Equipment
Borehole pumps and booster pumps must be installed correctly and operated within their rated pressure, voltage, flow, and water-quality limits. Damage caused by dry running, blocked pipes, unsuitable water conditions, incorrect wiring, or poor installation is not covered.
10 Solar Panels & Power Stations
Foldable solar panels and lithium power stations must be used with compatible devices and within their rated input and output limits. Damage caused by incorrect connection, overload, water exposure, impact, or incompatible equipment is not covered.
11 Physical Damage
This warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, compression, vibration, incorrect mounting, poor installation, vehicle modification, water ingress where not rated, or any external force that causes casing, enclosure, cable, connector, or component damage.
12 Electrical Misuse
Damage caused by reverse polarity, short circuits, incompatible chargers, incorrect voltage, over-voltage, under-voltage, overload, incorrect wiring, or tampering with internal protection systems is not covered by this warranty.
13 General Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow supplied instructions
- Improper storage, charging, cleaning, or maintenance
- Normal wear, ageing, cosmetic deterioration, or consumable parts
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, opening, or alterations

- Removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers or product labels
14 Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact Voltium Energy, provide proof of purchase, and follow the return or inspection instructions provided by our team. The product must be inspected before any repair, replacement, or refund decision is made.
15 Repair, Replacement or Pro-Rata Refund
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Voltium Energy may repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a pro-rata refund may be considered based on the original purchase price and the amount of time the product has been in service.
16 Limitation of Liability
Voltium Energy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including downtime, loss of use, loss of income, loss of profits, damage to connected equipment, or losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or unsuitable application.
