This policy explains how returns, exchanges, damaged deliveries, inspections, and approved refunds are handled for products supplied by Voltium Energy.

1 Returns Period

Voltium Energy accepts return requests within 7 days from the date the product is received. For courier deliveries, the 7-day period starts from the confirmed delivery date provided by the courier.

2 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Complete with all supplied accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3 How to Request a Return

Please contact Voltium Energy before sending any product back. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions.

4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order details, a description of the issue, and clear photos from multiple angles.

5 Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product unless the return is due to a confirmed Voltium Energy error or verified product defect. Returned items must be safely packaged and protected during transport.

6 Inspection Process

All returned products are inspected before a refund, replacement, or exchange is approved. If a product is used, damaged, incorrectly installed, tampered with, or missing parts, the return may be declined or additional costs may apply.

7 Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or handling
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Custom, modified, or special-order products
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

8 Exchanges

If you need a different product, voltage, or capacity, please contact Voltium Energy. Once the original product has been returned and approved, we may assist with an exchange or advise you to place a new order.

9 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, Voltium Energy will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.

10 Lithium Battery Care Notice

Lithium batteries must be stored and maintained correctly. Damage caused by over-discharge, incorrect storage, incorrect charging, reverse polarity, short circuiting, or incompatible equipment is not treated as a standard return and may fall outside refund eligibility.
