Secure EFT payments for Voltium Energy orders.
This Payment Policy explains how Voltium Energy accepts payments, verifies proof of payment, processes orders, and handles payment-related delays or errors.
1 Payment Requirement
All orders placed with Voltium Energy must be paid in full before the order is processed, prepared, dispatched, or released for collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Voltium Energy.
2 Accepted Payment Method
Voltium Energy currently accepts payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only. Card payments, cash payments, and alternative payment methods are not accepted unless confirmed in writing by Voltium Energy.
3 Proof of Payment
Customers must send proof of payment to Voltium Energy after making an EFT payment. Proof of payment helps us identify and verify your order, but it does not confirm payment until the funds reflect in our bank account.
4 Payment Confirmation
Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed in Voltium Energy’s bank account. Standard EFT payments may take 1–2 business days to reflect. Instant payments may reflect sooner, depending on the customer’s bank.
5 Order Reference
Customers should use their order number, invoice number, or name as the payment reference when making an EFT. Incorrect or missing references may delay payment allocation and order processing.
6 Bank Charges
Any bank charges, instant payment fees, international transfer costs, or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing by Voltium Energy.
7 Payment Delays
Voltium Energy is not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times, incorrect payment references, failed transfers, payment reversals, or payments made to incorrect banking details.
8 Pricing & Invoices
Product pricing, delivery fees, and any applicable charges will be confirmed on the invoice or checkout page. Voltium Energy reserves the right to correct pricing or invoice errors before an order is accepted and processed.
9 Stock Reservation
Products are only reserved once payment has been confirmed, unless Voltium Energy agrees otherwise in writing. Availability may change if payment is delayed.
10 Order Cancellation Before Payment
Orders that have not been paid may be cancelled by the customer or by Voltium Energy. If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the product may be made available to other customers.
11 Refunds After Payment
Approved refunds will be processed according to Voltium Energy’s Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method or nominated bank account after approval and verification. Processing times may depend on the bank.
12 Fraud Prevention
Voltium Energy may request additional verification where a payment, proof of payment, or order appears suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified.
13 Policy Updates
Voltium Energy may update this Payment Policy when required. The latest version published on our website will apply to orders placed after the policy update.
