Golf Cart Lithium Battery Kits
What is included in a golf cart lithium battery kit?
Our golf cart lithium battery kits are supplied as complete DIY conversion kits. Each kit includes:
- LiFePO₄ lithium battery
- Compatible lithium charger
- Smart LCD monitor
- DC-DC converter
- All required cables
Do you install the battery kits?
No. Our golf cart lithium battery kits are supplied as DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kits. Installation is the responsibility of the customer or their chosen installer.
Is the kit plug-and-play?
The kit is designed for straightforward installation, but it is still a DIY conversion. Basic electrical knowledge is recommended to ensure correct wiring and safe installation.
Can one lithium battery replace all my lead-acid batteries?
Yes. A correctly sized lithium battery can replace the full lead-acid battery bank. The correct voltage and capacity must be selected for your golf cart system.
What battery sizes do you supply?
We currently supply the following golf cart lithium battery options:
- 36V 105Ah
- 48V 105Ah
- 48V 160Ah
- 60V 100Ah
- 72V 202Ah
Which battery size should I choose?
The correct battery depends on your golf cart voltage and how you use it. Higher Ah (Amp Hours) gives longer range and runtime.
If you're unsure, send us your current battery setup or photos and we will recommend the correct option for your cart.
Is 51.2V the same as 48V?
A 51.2V LiFePO₄ lithium battery is commonly used as the lithium replacement for a 48V lead-acid golf cart system. It must still be matched correctly to the cart’s controller and voltage requirements.
Can I use my old lead-acid charger?
No. Lithium batteries require a lithium-compatible charger with the correct charging profile. Using the wrong charger can damage the battery and may void the warranty.
Will the original cart charging port still be used?
The supplied lithium charger usually connects directly to the lithium battery. If the cart’s existing charging port needs to be adapted, this must be done correctly by the customer or a competent installer.
Product Compatibility & Installation
How do I know which battery is right for my cart?
We need to confirm your golf cart voltage, current battery setup, usage requirements, and space available for installation. You can send us photos of your battery bay and current batteries for guidance.
Can incorrect installation affect the warranty?
Yes. Damage caused by incorrect installation, reverse polarity, short circuits, incompatible equipment, incorrect wiring, or misuse is not covered by warranty.
Does the kit include everything needed for the conversion?
The kit includes the main components required for the battery conversion: battery, lithium charger, smart LCD monitor, DC-DC converter, and cables. In some carts, additional mounting work, brackets, or small installation adjustments may be required.
Can I install the kit myself?
Yes, it is supplied as a DIY kit. However, if you are not comfortable with electrical wiring, we recommend using a qualified or experienced installer to avoid damage or incorrect connection.
Power Stations, Solar Panels & Pumps
What can a lithium power station run?
This depends on the power station’s wattage, battery capacity, and output rating. Contact us with the appliances or devices you want to power and we can help estimate compatibility and runtime.
Can I pair a foldable solar panel with a power station?
Yes, provided the solar panel voltage, wattage, connector type, and charging input are compatible with the power station.
How do I choose a borehole or booster pump?
Pump selection depends on water depth, required flow rate, pressure requirements, pipe size, power supply, and installation conditions. Contact us with your setup details so we can guide you.
What warranty applies to pumps and solar panels?
Borehole pumps, booster pumps, and foldable solar panels carry a 1-year warranty. Lithium power stations carry a 3-year warranty.
